Rather than keep the “latest and greatest” blog hits for the book on the front page, I’ve decided to “depreciate” the blog a bit (you’ll have to click to see it – available in the main menu), and leave just a description of the book on the front page of the site. This is going to change a lot of things about how the rest of the world sees this site, so expect some major reshuffling around the search engines, and if you have any external links to specific blog posts, those will be broken.

I have updated the print edition of the book to incorporate both a better-attribution for Blaze and the unfortunate incident where I expressed gratitude in an apparently inappropriate way.

So far as I have been able to ascertain in the past several days, no other corrections are necessary to the acknowledgments page, so hopefully the focus can return to the content of the book itself.

Nimeera was acknowledged in Basic Production for Belly Dance as someone to whom I was (and still am) grateful, which I have since learned is not appropriate. For that I apologize and make the following request:

I suggest a black permanent magic marker over the offending line.

I do not understand, nor do I support the concept that gratitude requires authorization or consent, but that is apparently the case this time.
