The powers<\/a> of Congress<\/a> have<\/a> been<\/a> usurped<\/a> by the President<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The integrity<\/a> and authority<\/a> of the Supreme Court<\/a> have been flouted<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The rights<\/a> and liberties<\/a> of American citizens have been violated<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Regulated<\/a> monopoly<\/a> has displaced<\/a> free enterprise<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Administration constantly<\/a> seeks to usurp<\/a> the rights<\/a> reserved<\/a> to the States<\/a> and to the people.<\/p>\n

It has<\/a> insisted<\/a> on the passage<\/a> of laws<\/a> contrary<\/a> to the Constitution<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It has intimidated<\/a> witnesses<\/a> and interfered<\/a> with the right of petition<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It has dishonored<\/a> our country by repudiating<\/a> its most sacred<\/a> obligations<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It has been guilty of frightful<\/a> waste<\/a> and extravagance<\/a>, using public<\/a> funds for partisan political purposes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It has promoted<\/a> investigations<\/a> to harass<\/a> and intimidate<\/a> American<\/a> citizens<\/a>, at the same time denying<\/a> investigations<\/a> into its own<\/a> improper<\/a> expenditures<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It has created<\/a> a vast<\/a> multitude of new contracts, filled<\/a> them<\/a> with its favorites<\/a>, set up a centralized<\/a> bureaucracy<\/a>, and sent<\/a> out swarms<\/a> of inspectors<\/a> to harass<\/a> our people.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
