I have updated the print edition of the book to incorporate both a better-attribution for Blaze and the unfortunate incident where I expressed gratitude in an apparently inappropriate way.
So far as I have been able to ascertain in the past several days, no other corrections are necessary to the acknowledgements page, so hopefully [...]

Nimeera was acknowledged in Basic Production for Belly Dance as someone to whom I was (and still am) grateful, which I have since learned is not appropriate. For that I apologize and make the following request:
