thinking about googlejuice

earlier this week, i noticed a huge influx of search-engine hits here from people looking for walmart. well, i do have some thoughts on walmart, but that’s not what got google’s attention. this is. and not even that much attention – right now that hit is buried on page 8. despite that, walmart hits accounted for about 25% of visitors from search engines in the past week, so i can only imagine how many people are out there looking for walmart. yikes.

in other google news, the quest to keep rafe esquith relevant goes on. dropping to hit #3 at google today, i’m just happy to remain above most of the book- and sales-noise about this incredible person. i’ve also gotten some very interesting comments on the post – and i want to give a special nod to “mdc” (rafe co-worker), lonny brooks (rafe student) and tania (fox news viewer). thanks for coming out of the shadows and sharing your comments.

id cards in britain is suprisingly popular. and i’ve had several visits from people who are into comparing music.
